Job Title: MIS Executive – Collections Process (BPO)

Key Responsibilities
• Data Management & Reporting
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and recovery rates.
o Maintain and update collection databases, trackers, and dashboards accurately and timely.
o Design and automate reports using Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to streamline reporting processes.
• Performance Tracking
o Track and report KPIs such as agent productivity, call efficiency, delinquency rates, promise-to-pay (PTP) follow-ups, and bucket-wise recovery.
o Provide data support for incentive calculations, quality audits, and compliance metrics.
• Data Analysis & Insights
o Analyze collection trends, payment patterns, and portfolio performance to support strategic decision-making.
o Identify process gaps or areas of concern and present insights to stakeholders for corrective actions.
• Client and Stakeholder Reporting
o Generate and share customized reports and dashboards as per client SLA requirements.
o Support audits and client reviews by providing accurate and timely data.
• Data Quality & Compliance
o Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of collection data.
o Follow data governance standards and adhere to internal/external compliance norms.

Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, macros preferred)
• Experience with SQL querying and familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau — an advantage)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding of Collections process metrics in a BPO environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in BPO Collections or BFSI domain
• Prior experience working with collections data or dialer reports (like Avaya, Aspect, Genesys) is a plus

• Exposure to dialer management and call-list penetration metrics
• Knowledge of collections compliance standards (FDCPA, RBI norms, etc.)
