Job Purpose:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting business data to support decision-making. The role involves developing and maintaining dashboards, automating reports, managing the Flow Management System (FMS), and leveraging tools such as Google Scripts, Data Studio, and Google Data to provide actionable insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Reporting

   • Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources (FMS, ERP, CRM, Excel, Google Sheets).

   • Maintain and update MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

   • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in reporting.

2. Dashboard Creation & Management

   • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Google Data Studio.

   • Create customized visual reports to track KPIs and operational performance.

   • Provide insights and recommendations through dashboard analytics.

3. Automation & Scripting

   • Develop and maintain Google Apps Scripts to automate repetitive tasks and report generation.

   • Integrate different systems (Google Sheets, Gmail, FMS, and other applications) for workflow automation.

   • Optimize existing processes for efficiency and reduced manual effort.

4. FMS (Flow Management System) Handling

   • Monitor and update FMS entries to ensure real-time accuracy.

   • Generate FMS-related reports for productivity, efficiency, and operational tracking.

   • Support team members in FMS usage and troubleshooting.

5. Data Analysis & Insights

   • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis based on data.

   • Identify data-driven opportunities for cost-saving, efficiency, and productivity improvements.

   • Present findings in clear and actionable formats for senior management.

6. Collaboration & Support

   • Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, HR, Sales) to fulfill data/reporting requirements.

   • Provide training and support to team members on dashboards and automated reports.

   • Coordinate with IT for data integration, system enhancements, and issue resolution.

• Timely preparation and submission of MIS reports with zero errors.

• Development and maintenance of Google Data Studio dashboards for real-time decision-making.

• Automation of at least X% manual reporting tasks using Google Apps Script.

• Accuracy and completeness of FMS data entries and reports.

• Effective data analysis leading to actionable insights for management.

• Continuous improvement and optimization of MIS processes.
