Job Description 

The MIS Executive will manage and maintain the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure efficient operations and informed decision-making. This role involves data analysis, report generation, and providing technical support to internal users and departments.

Core Responsibilities of MIS Executive:

●      Gather data from different departments.

●      Put the data in a format that is easy to read.

●      Analyze the data from the point of view of the briefing that has been provided vis a vis the goals of the analysis.

●      Present data to the management in the language that they understand.

●      Prepare monthly reports on sales, inventory, market share etc.

Job Requirements:

Technical Skills

●      Strong proficiency in Microsoft Advanced Excel with efficiency in understanding Macros and other tools.

●      Strong proficiency in handling multiple projects and multiple tools when it comes to data handling.

●      Strong proficiency in handling large amounts of data.

●      Ability to clean data especially when it comes in multiple formats.

●      Strong ability to develop mini dashboards for the management as per their requirements.

●      Strong clarity of thought when it comes to determining what the final output needs to look like.

●      Ability to understand excel sheets that are prepared by other department members.

●      Ability to deduce what is wrong in an excel/google sheet.

Education & Experience:

●       Any discipline is okay - as long as strong proficiency in Advanced Excel / Google sheets is demonstrated.

●       Ideally 1-2 years experience / Freshers also welcome

Office Location: Thane, near Railway Station
