Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in MS Excel and MIS (Management Information Systems) to support administrative tasks and ensure efficient data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries on a regular basis.
• Analyse data using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate data for reporting.
• Maintain and update internal databases and records.
• Handle office procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure smooth office operations and assist management as required.
Key Skills Required:
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
• Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Certification in MS Excel or Data Analysis is a plus
