Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze data and generate dashboards using Advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Handle large volumes of data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Create and automate reports using Excel formulas, charts, and macros (if required).
Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify data.
Present data insights and performance summaries to management.
Maintain and update databases and ensure timely submission of reports.
Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIFS, Data Validation, Charts, etc.).
Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
Basic understanding of Power Query / Power BI will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
