1. Data Management:

   • Collect, validate, and maintain large datasets across multiple systems.

   • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.

2. Report Generation:

   • Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operational and strategic use.

   • Generate customized dashboards and presentations for management.

3. Analysis:

   • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.

   • Provide actionable insights to improve business processes and performance.

4. System Support:

   • Manage and troubleshoot the MIS system to ensure smooth functionality.

   • Coordinate with IT teams for software updates and technical support.

5. Process Improvement:

   • Identify gaps in current systems and suggest improvements.

   • Assist in the development and implementation of new tools and software.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.

• Experience with database management (SQL, Access) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
