Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely execution of sales activities.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and documentation.

• Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and provide accurate information.

• Handle order processing, quotations, proforma invoices, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and production teams for order execution.

• Maintain customer database, update CRM, and track sales performance.

• Support sales executives in preparing presentations, proposals, and agreements.

• Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely dispatch.

• Track payment collections and coordinate with accounts for outstanding follow-ups
