Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, communications, and confidential tasks efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.

• Handle all forms of communication (emails, phone calls, letters) and respond or redirect as appropriate.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.

• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

• Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports.

• Assist in planning and executing meetings, events, and conferences.

• Maintain records, files, and confidential information with utmost discretion.

• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams or external contacts.

• Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office organization.
