Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director who will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage schedules, and handle confidential tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate must be 40 years old, male, and possess extensive experience in PA responsibilities, excellent letter drafting skills, and strong familiarity with AI tools and technology for productivity enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel plans

• Draft high-quality business letters, emails, reports, and other documents

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)

• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the MD

• Keep track of key deliverables, follow-ups, and deadlines

• Utilize AI tools for document drafting, scheduling, and task automation

• Assist in presentations and business reports preparation

• Perform additional administrative duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Male

• Age: 40 years (mandatory)

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a similar PA/EA role

• Strong command over English (written and verbal)

• Proven experience in professional letter drafting and business correspondence

• Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, scheduling tools, etc.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
