Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for the Business Head, managing emails, calls, and correspondence.
Oversee the Business Head’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and prioritize scheduling to optimize time management.
Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for internal and external use.
Assist in planning and executing departmental projects, sales campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
Monitor key deliverables, deadlines, and milestones across various projects.
Ensure timely follow-ups on action items discussed during meetings or strategic planning sessions.
Liaise with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align efforts and ensure effective communication.
Act as a representative of the Business Head in meetings, providing updates and collecting key insights when required. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
Organize and analyse data from sales and marketing activities to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Prepare detailed dashboards, forecasts, and performance metrics for strategic planning.
Coordinate departmental events, including sales meetings, marketing launches, and client engagements.
Maintain a comprehensive filing system for contracts, reports, and marketing collateral.
