The Virtual Assistant will provide comprehensive remote administrative and support services for a UK-based process at Grant Thornton. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
1. Communication Management
Manage and respond to emails and phone calls.
Screen, prioritize, draft, and edit correspondence.
Maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
2. Scheduling & Calendar Management
Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Update calendars and send timely reminders.
Ensure seamless scheduling across time zones.
3. Administrative Support
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
Maintain and update databases, records, and spreadsheets.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with data entry.
Manage travel bookings – flights, hotels, and transportation.
4. Research & Information Gathering
Conduct online research for projects and business needs.
Compile findings into summaries and reports.
5. Customer Support
Provide professional and efficient customer service.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
