Job Summary: 

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact, ensuring efficient coordination with office executives, employees, clients, partners, contractors, and vendors.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Corresponding and communicating efficiently among office executives, employees, clients, partners, contractors, vendors etc.

• Acting as a strong point of contract among office executives, employees, clients, partners, contractors, vendors etc.

• Manage information flow/database in an accurate manner and timely manner.

• Organizing and maintaining the office filing system in an efficient manner.

• Manage and set up meetings.

• Make travel and accommodation arrangements.

• Maintain daily expenses, office expenses, petty cash and preparing weekly and monthly and quarterly receipts.

• Looking after and maintaining various movable and immovable properties across India.

• Organising and maintaining email records.

• Liasoning with government departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

•  Advanced proficiency in computers-MS Office/PowerPoint / MS Outlook etc, ability to take quick dictations, etc.

• Smart M/F candidates with excellent personality and communication skills. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good command over English, result oriented with planning & organizing.
