We are seeking a proactive, organized, and highly professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, able to manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings and events, and ensure efficient daily operations within a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and industry appearances.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personal information.
Support talent coordination, booking schedules, and project timelines.
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and vendor agreements.
Oversee office operations and liaise with vendors, partners, and clients.
Conduct research and compile data for strategic decision-making.
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the entertainment, talent, or event management industries is highly desirable.
