Profile Summary:

The Executive Assistant will support the senior management team by handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes

• Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure

• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required

• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership

• Track and follow up on deliverables and deadlines

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally

• Organize events, conferences, and off-site meetings as needed

• Manage personal and professional tasks assigned by the executive team

Qualifications:

• 2 years+ of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting senior management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Discretion, confidentiality, professional demeanor and a proactive attitude are essential
