Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany the manager during official travel, site visits, and meetings.

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, maintain schedules, and manage daily communication.

• Take dictations and type reports, letters, or notes in Marathi and English with accuracy.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the manager.

• Maintain confidentiality, manage files/documents, and assist in day-to-day operational work.

• Support in handling appointments, meetings, travel bookings, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Male candidate only, must be open to traveling with the manager as per business needs.

• Good communication skills in Marathi, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).

• Ability to type efficiently in Marathi (using software or keyboard layout).

• Well-organized, punctual, and presentable.

• Prior experience as executive assistant will be an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp communication, and phone/email etiquette.
