Executive Assistant Role reporting to Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.

• Prepare and organize meetings, conferences, and presentations, including agenda drafting and minute-taking.

• Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation with utmost discretion.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and action items.

• Review and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, invitations, etc.).

• Prepare expense reports, manage reimbursements, and support budgeting activities.

• Assist in project tracking, report generation, and basic data analysis for executive decision-making.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the executive office in all interactions.

• Support the leadership team in event planning, internal communications, and special assignments.
