We are looking for a dynamic and experienced female Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership based in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be efficient, proactive, and highly organized, with prior experience handling executive-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior executives.

• Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.

• Prepare and proofread business correspondence, reports, and presentations.

• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.

• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.

• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and off-sites.

• Track and submit expense reports, vendor bills, and reimbursements.

• Follow up on tasks, emails, and project timelines to ensure smooth workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Female (mandatory requirement)

• Experience: 5 to 12 years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and calendar/email tools

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Professional demeanor with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality

• Prior experience working with CXOs or senior leadership is preferred
