Position Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to the President
Location: Dehradun
Reports To: President
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Calendar & Schedule Management:
Efficiently manage the President's schedule by prioritizing appointments, functions, and meetings. Provide necessary background materials and ensure the President is well-prepared for all engagements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, including senior executives, community members, and administrative professionals. Ensure clear and professional communication at all levels.
Document Preparation:
Draft, format, and edit various documents on behalf of the President, including reports, proposals, letters, presentations, and databases.
Office Management:
Maintain an organized and efficient executive office environment. Monitor and track projects, documents, and tasks, paying close attention to deadlines and long-term initiatives.
Correspondence & Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, and ensure documents are filed and retrieved in a systematic manner.
Communication & Coordination:
Proactively coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-ups. Communicate critical information and updates to the President in a concise and timely manner.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Word and Excel.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, supporting C-suite or senior leadership executives.
Professionalism & Discretion:
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Organizational Skills:
Strong multitasking and time management abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
