Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation.

• Prepare reports,presentations, and other confidential documents.

• Handle communication on behalf of the executive (emails, calls, etc.).

• Maintain filing systems, contact databases, and office documentation.

• Assist in daily administrative tasks and project coordination.

• Liaise with internal departments and external stak1eholders.

• Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
