• Optimizing the Directors schedule, coordinating travel and ensuring top-notch communication

• Acting as the primary contact for Directors communications 


• Preparing weekly Company wise Performance reports in correlation with Annual and Monthly projection of that Company and present them as dashboard to Directors.

• Coordinating with Various invested startup’s, attend periodical meetings with them, prepare report and submit to Directors pertaining their progress, alignment with the presented milestones, deviations, additional deployment of funds requirements

• Attending various Zoom meetings, on behalf or along with Directors, Taking Notes, Divide into actionable items of the group members, have regular follow up with those group on the actionable items, provide reporting to Directors

• Preparation of Content for both MI meetings, Business Conferences and Business Meetings, by research and analysis of data and providing to Directors well in time.
