Job Description:

Shiva Industries is looking for a smart, responsible, and professional female Executive Assistant to directly support the management in daily business operations, team coordination, and customer handling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Coordination:
  Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.

• Communication Management:
  Professionally handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings on behalf of management.

• Team Handling:
  Coordinate tasks with production, quality check, dispatch, and accounts teams.

• Order & Delivery Follow-Up:
  Ensure all orders are tracked till dispatch with timely customer updates.

• Document & Report Management:
  Maintain records, prepare daily reports, and handle documentation as directed.

• Operational Support:
  Assist in smooth business operations including follow-ups on payments, pending deliveries, and stock status.

• Customer Relationship Management:
  Handle customer queries politely and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.

• Personal Assistance:
  Manage day-to-day administrative and confidential tasks as per management instructions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Female only

• Experience: 1-3 years preferred (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)

• Qualification: Graduate in any field

• Skills: Communication, Coordination, Basic Computer (Excel, Word, WhatsApp, Email)

• Language: Hindi, Gujarati, English (Basic)
