The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a professional demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and discretion.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and send professional emails on behalf of the executive

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents

• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

• Attend meetings and take accurate minutes when required

• Monitor and prioritize incoming communications

• Assist in personal tasks and errands as needed

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an executive support role

• Exceptional command of written and spoken English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Professional appearance and interpersonal skills
