Job Title: Executive Assistant (Entry-Level)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior management. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or candidate with 0–2 years of experience who is looking to build a career in administration and executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation for business trips.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of action items.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the management team.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or assistant role.
Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
