Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

 Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and agendas.

 Arrange complex domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.

 Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

 Prepare meeting materials and take minutes when required.

 Handle confidential information with discretion.

 Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.

 Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and calendar tools.

 Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

 Discretion and professionalism are essential.
