Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, located in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing schedules and diaries, handling communication, and offering executive support. The role involves coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and assisting in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills

• Executive Support experience

• Proficiency in Diary Management

• Excellent Communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

• Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
