JOB DESCRIPTION – EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Location: Ajmeri Gate, Delhi
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹300,000/month

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support senior management. The candidate should be skilled in managing communication, documentation, and confidential tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily calendar, scheduling, and meetings for executives

• Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and presentations

• Handle internal and external communication on behalf of executives

• Coordinate travel plans and itineraries

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

• Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

• Maintain physical and digital records in an organized manner

• Assist in administrative and office support tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong time management and multitasking skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity

• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or corporate setups

• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems
