Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
Maintain and update filing systems (digital and physical).
Assist with expense tracking and budget management.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to senior management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of project management tools/software.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
