We are looking for a proactive and reliable Executive Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day operations, scheduling, coordination, and task management. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, communicative, and ready to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments.

• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as required.

• Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the Director.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and other logistics.

• Maintain task lists and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

• Assist in managing office work, filing systems, and daily operations.

• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Director from time to time

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Professional attitude and appearance.

• Must be located in or willing to commute to Dwarka Sector 7, Palam.
