Executive Assistant:
Job Description:
The executive assistant plays a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to the founder and ensuring the smooth functioning of the founder's office. This role requires a dynamic and adaptable individual with strong organisational and problem-solving skills who can effectively manage various responsibilities, maintain professionalism, and contribute to the success of the organisation's leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the founder's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Prioritise and organise the daily agenda to optimise the executive's time.
- Act as a point of contact between the founder and internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the founder, ensuring timely responses and accurate message relay.
- Arrange and manage travel itineraries. Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts and proactively make the necessary adjustments.
- EA has to be proactively involved in both local and outside events and play an important role in event coordination.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Good English communication skills, both written & verbal
- Must be fit and presentable
Job Location: Raipur
Note: The job will require extensive traveling.
