Key Responsibilities:
-Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives
-Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, events, and logistics
-Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
-Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
-Maintain confidentiality of all business and personal information
-Support in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
-Handle daily administrative tasks efficiently
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
-Maximum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-High level of professionalism and discretion
