Key Responsibilities
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Need to be attentive, prompt, and self motivated
• Ability to note Minutes of Meet, and convey the same to the attendees of the meeting.(Always needs to be presentable)
• Need to Manage and update calendar, make bookings for tickets and other travel arrangements.
• Schedule Management.
• Maintaining Confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English Required)
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to act as a liaison between the executive and other individuals or departments.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently as well as in team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Multitasking and organizational skills to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Open to attend assignments beyond shift timings.
Education: Any Graduate
