Job Description-

• Provide high-level administrative support to [CEO/Executive Name or Leadership Team]

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)

• Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials

• Organize and maintain confidential files and documents

• Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence

• Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive

• Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed

• Anticipate the needs of the executive and act accordingly
  
  

  Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant role (typically 3–5 years)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and with a high level of discretion

• Bachelor's degree preferred
