About the Role
We are seeking an efficient and proactive Executive Assistant who will support our Managing Director across both business and personal priorities. This role prioritizes strong follow-up abilities, reliability, and the drive to take ownership of delegated tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
Ensure all delegated tasks are completed through proactive follow-up
Draft and respond to emails, letters, and official correspondence
Prepare reports, manage documentation, and maintain confidential files
Coordinate between the MD, teams, clients, and vendors
Organize and execute personal tasks (travel bookings, errands, etc.) for the MD
Conduct research and prepare summaries as needed
Essential Skills & Requirements
Follow-Up Skills: Exceptional at tracking and closing all assigned tasks
MS Office: Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), strong Word skills
Communication: Fluent in English, verbal and written
Organization: Detail-oriented, trustworthy, able to multitask
Discretion: Handles sensitive information with integrity
Assertiveness: Proactive with senior staff and external contacts
Job Stability: Consistent work history (no frequent job changes)
Preferred: Married candidates (preferably with kids), living within 45 minutes of office
