Executive Assistant (Remote Position) – Appointment Section
Key Responsibilities
§ Schedule meetings and appointments with variety of government agencies, Indian businesses as per need of project
§ Acting as a first point of contact between government agencies, Indian businesses and reporting head, approach and follow up through emails, phone, WhatsApp and virtual meetings
§ Managing diary of reporting head and fixing new meetings and appointments
§ Reminding the reporting head for his important tasks and deadlines
§ Draft, edit, and proof read correspondence on behalf of the reporting head
§ Facilitate communication flow between the reporting head and government agencies and Indian Businesses
§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met
§ Organize and maintain relevant files, records, and databases to make this process smooth
§ Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Qualifications and Requirement
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Well versed with Hindi and English language
Good in Emails, Microsoft word and excel
