Job description:
Managing the Director's schedule, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
· Acts as a point of contact between the director and other departments, customers, and stakeholders. They are responsible for managing emails, drafting letters, and communicating on behalf of the director.
· Managing projects on behalf of the director, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
· Managing the director's data, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and stored in a secure location.
· Preparing materials for meetings, including presentations, reports, and agendas.
Education & Qualification: -
· Prior work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
· Graduation for any stream.
· Excellent command on MS Office, Google Sheets, Gmail & Calendar
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills
· Excellent Follow-up skills
