Position: Executive Assistant (Team & Client Coordination)

We are hiring a proactive, sharp, and well-organised Executive Assistant who can independently manage the MD’s day-to-day schedule, team coordination, task follow-ups, and client communication. The candidate must be disciplined, fast in execution, and strong in communication.
Manage the MD’s calendar, daily tasks, meetings, and calls.
Prepare agendas and ensure the MD is updated before every meeting.
Prioritise tasks and ensure smooth daily workflow.
Assign tasks to the team and track daily progress.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure all deadlines are met.
Maintain trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
Identify delays and communicate them proactively.
Make client calls, collect feedback, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Share updates, meeting summaries, and progress reports with clients.
Maintain strong professional communication.
Schedule meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Draft emails, reports, and documentation on behalf of the MD.
Maintain records, files, and confidential information.
Coordinate internal communication between MD and departments.
Handle travel planning, logistics, and basic office operations.
Ensure smooth execution of all assigned tasks.
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Excellent follow-up discipline.
Organised, reliable, and proactive.
Good command over Google Sheets, Excel, CRM, and task management tools.
Ability to manage pressure and multitask effectively.
