Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, based in Gurugram. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing diaries, handling communications, and performing various administrative tasks. Daily tasks may include scheduling meetings, organizing travel, preparing reports, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Organize and coordinate business travel, itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
Support in project management, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
