Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Location: Rama Road Moti Nagar Industrial Area

Salary: 30k-35k

Role Overview: "We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management.

The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth coordination of daily business activities."

Key Responsibilities: "1. Manage calendars, schedules, travel plans, and appointments for senior leadership.

2. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.

3. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.

4.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle communications efficiently.

5. Support in project tracking, follow-ups, and reporting."

Requirements: "1. Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce/related field.

2. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Google Workspace is an added advantage.

6. Candidate must be open to traveling for work-related purposes.
