We are seeking a mature, dependable, and well-spoken Personal Assistant (preferably age 30+) to work

directly with the Director and oversee daily business and project activities. This is a personally engaging,

long-term role for someone who values loyalty, elegance, and discretion.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the Directors daily office and field schedule.

- Attend site visits, meetings, and outstation travel (23 times/month).

- Handle email, correspondence, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and project staff.

- Be available on occasional weekends and evenings.

- Maintain discretion and assist with both professional and some personal tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Age 30+, polished, mature, and presentable.

- Fluent in English (spoken & written).

- Good command over MS Office, email writing, and document handling.
