Maintain and manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Proactively follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Act as the primary point of contact between the leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and manage documentation.
Organize and maintain records, files, and confidential information.
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and assignments.
Assist in event planning, meetings, and taking minutes as needed.
