Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate meetings, including booking venues and managing logistics.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and follow-up materials.
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and office organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
