Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans for the reporting executive.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other confidential documents.
Coordinate and follow up on internal and external communications.
Draft emails, letters, and meeting minutes.
Assist in organizing and managing high-level meetings, conferences, and events.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Track and manage project deadlines and progress updates.
Support with expense reporting and reimbursements.
Perform any administrative tasks as required for the executive’s office.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
Discretion, integrity, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities efficiently.
