Job Title: Executive Assistant
Overview
The EA will support daily office activities, track payments, maintain reminders, and provide executive assistance. This role ensures smooth internal operations by managing updates, preparing reports, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payment Tracking & Reporting
Maintain and update payment records in Excel sheets.
Track pending payments and create weekly/monthly status reports.
Follow up with relevant teams/vendors on overdue or upcoming payments.
Prepare reminders for payment deadlines and escalate when necessary.
2. Administrative & Executive Support (EA Duties)
Assist leadership with scheduling, reminders, and task follow-ups.
Maintain daily/weekly office updates and share status reports.
Coordinate internal communication and ensure timely completion of action items.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare Excel-based trackers, summaries, dashboards, and reminders.
Organize and maintain digital records for payments, requirements, and office updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Excel
Good communication and coordination skills.
