Job Title: E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Operations Executive Location: Delhi – Sultanpur, MG Road Experience: 6 months – 1 year (minimum) Industry: FMCG / Consumer Goods / Stationery / E-commerce Operations Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage end-to-end order processing for Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart) and Amazon. The role includes receiving and scheduling POs, coordinating dispatches, managing invoicing, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely GRN closure. Key Responsibilities: PO Management • Receive, review, and process Purchase Orders from Amazon and Q-commerce partners. • Verify SKU accuracy, pricing, order quantities, and timelines. Scheduling & Coordination • Schedule POs based on inventory and operational timelines. • Coordinate with warehouse teams for pick, pack, and dispatch planning. • Book delivery appointments as required by platforms. Invoicing & Documentation • Prepare and upload invoices on Amazon Vendor Central and Q-commerce portals. • Ensure correct documentation including packing lists, shipping labels, and ASN. Dispatch & Logistics • Coordinate dispatch with logistics partners. • Track shipments until delivery and manage exceptions proactively. Delivery Follow-up & GRN • Follow up with partners to confirm successful delivery. • Monitor GRN status and ensure timely closure. • Resolve discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or pricing issues. Reporting & Compliance • Maintain daily/weekly tracker for POs, dispatches, and GRNs. • Flag delays, errors, or operational issues. • Ensure compliance with each platform’s SOPs. Skills & Requirements: • 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce operations. • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and Q-commerce dashboards. • Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills. • Knowledge of invoicing and operational documentation. • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-sensitive environment.
