Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon.
Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and order processing.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery.
Handle customer queries, returns, and reviews to maintain account health.
Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies to improve performance.
Run and optimize Amazon ads (sponsored products, campaigns, etc.)
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central.
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Experience in product listing (including keyword optimization, A+ content, etc.)
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
Experience with Amazon PPC ads.
Knowledge of other marketplaces (Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Photoshop or Canva skills for image editing.
