The role involves negotiating with vendors, maintaining inventory records, coordinating dispatch schedules, and ensuring efficient logistics, managing dispatch by arranging labor and transportation, ensuring material dispatch, and following up on deliveries to meet timelines. Also, candidate should focus on coordinating with the R&D team to address material requirements and fulfill procurement needs efficiently.

Additionally, the role includes managing administrative tasks, handling confidential information, and preparing comprehensive monthly MIS reports for purchases and dispatches.

Daily reporting to the reporting manager ensures alignment with organizational goals.

The position demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and an ability to oversee multiple processes to maintain smooth operations and achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in ERP systems, MS EXCEL, and a keen eye for cost control and quality assurance.

Knowledge of supply chain processes and prior experience in dispatch and purchase operations is essential.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree; experience preferred.

Salary - 12,000 to 18,000
