We are a growing Digital Marketing Agency, expanding our online business. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled E-Commerce Executive to handle sales on our company website and social media platforms, ensuring smooth end-to-end online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor company website, marketplace like Amazon, myntra, Flipkart & social media sales channels.

- Upload, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, and prices.

- Handle the complete order cycle – from order placement to final dispatch and tracking.

- Manage online customer queries, complaints, and support via calls/emails/messages.

- Coordinate with our client, warehouse/logistics team for timely order fulfillment.

- Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers across platforms.

- Track daily sales performance, generate reports, and ensure sales targets are met.

- social media marketing and posting

- Canva or other tools graphics designing

- Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitors’ activities.

- Cold calling for sales leads

- Capability to handle multiple projects at a time.

- Client site visit for weekly meeting, product shoot and briefing.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Marketing preferred).

- 6-12 Months of experience in E-Commerce / Online Sales.

- Hands-on knowledge of website sales portals, social media selling, and order management tools.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
