Overview:
The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales channels to drive growth, enhance customer experience, and maximize revenue. This role involves overseeing product listings, coordinating with marketing teams, analyzing sales data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to execute online campaigns and product launches.
Monitor website performance, track sales data, and prepare regular performance reports.
Ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skils.
