The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management:

  Ensuring the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functions smoothly. 

• Product Management:

  Managing product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory, as well as optimizing product pages for search and conversion. 

• Order Fulfillment:

  Overseeing order processing, shipping, returns, and ensuring timely delivery. 

• Customer Service:

  Providing excellent customer support through various channels and resolving issues promptly. 

• Sales and Marketing:

  Developing and implementing sales strategies, managing promotional campaigns, and analyzing sales data. 

• Data Analysis:

  Monitoring website traffic, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a Working Days during the morning shift. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, or eBay
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Graphic design experience (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
Understanding of order fulfillment and customer service workflows.
