Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and order fulfillment.

Optimize product descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords to improve visibility and conversions.
Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Track platform performance analytics and generate reports to analyze sales trends.
Manage customer queries, reviews, and complaints with prompt resolutions.
Maintain updated knowledge of e-commerce trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
Collaborate with design and content teams for banners, creatives, and social media.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.
Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.)
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
